At Key Partners Property Management, we are proud to provide full service Kansas City property management to owners and investors. We excel at finding the right tenants for the right properties. We work with both owners and tenants, knowing that a symbiotic relationship is required to ensure everyone has a pleasant rental experience.
Key Partners Property Management is locally owned and operated. Our offices are in Lenexa, and we manage investment properties throughout Johnson County, Lawrence and the entire Kansas City, MO metro area.
Company Overview: Key Partners Property Management
In 2003, Leslie started as a part-time leasing agent, showing properties for an established property management company. She soon became the sole property leasing agent responsible for bringing in all new business to the company. After several years gaining experience and knowledge in the property management field, she began Key Partners Property Management. Her philosophy is simple: it is all about retention. The client you have is just as important as the new customer walking in the door. She and her team work very hard to provide great customer service for both owners and renters. Keeping everyone happy can be challenging, but it is rewarding, and no day is ever the same.
Over the years, Key Partners Property Management has grown from just Leslie to a full time staff of office personnel, property managers, several full time property management contractors on call 24/7 and leasing agents available to show property 7 days a week.
Due to sound business practices, efficient management and an experienced dedicated staff, the company has experienced phenomenal growth and was able to consider expansion. Leslie began taking the business into new cities, and in 2012 opened the first satellite office in Miami Beach, FL. In 2018 they have expanded into Condo Association Management in the Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale area. Future plans include offering property management franchise opportunities around the country. Our hearts and home will always be in Kansas City and that is where our first priority will always be!
