I used their property management services for 6 years... needless to say I was satisfied. They were able to fill vacancies quickly for me and I believe the total combined vacancy during that 6 years was 1 or 2 months. There were always fast to respond to my inquiries. Fast to connect me with services when those services were needed. Took risk to me, the client, as a top consideration when looking to fill those vacancies. As a result, 6 years later I have now ceased use of their services with a big THANK YOU and after repairing a few normal wear and tear items such as painting the outside of the house, have sold this property for a substantial profit. This was our starter home we lived in for less than 2 years. In a normal situation, moving after occupying a home would result in substantial debt and cost. With their help we actually began immediate profit which was sustained and amplified at the final sale of our home 6 years later. The great part was, when this was being managed, I had no worries day-to-day as I did with a 2nd property I rented out without the security and support. The fee for the service was also lower than I have seen with other companies. Usually that comes at a service cost and frustration, but not in this case. 10/10 service.

After purchasing a home to be a rental house we soon realized we were not Landlords and turned our property over to Key Partners.
