Locally Owned and Operated

Leslie’s passion for property management began in 2003 as a part-time leasing agent. Her dedication quickly led her to manage all new business for the company. This experience ignited a vision, and Key Partners Property Management was born. Her core belief? Client retention is key. That’s why she and her team prioritize exceptional service for both owners and renters, making every interaction smooth and rewarding.

From a one-woman show, Key Partners has blossomed into a full-service team with dedicated staff, on-call contractors, and leasing agents readily available. Their sound business practices and experienced team fueled phenomenal growth, leading to a satellite office in Miami Beach (2012) and expansion into Condo Association Management (2018). While their reach has expanded, their heart remains in Kansas City, where they continue to prioritize local clients.

A new job triggered a cross country move and I had to be out of my house in 30 days. This company was great. I didn't have any issues with my home and when I did they were mostly prompt in replies. My only hang up was maintenance came from KS so it took longer than finding someone local for quicker service. Communication was great. The home is a beautiful remodeled ranch, corner lot with fenced back yard, neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors are great, waking distance to the public elementary school.
