A new job triggered a cross country move and I had to be out of my house in 30 days. We didn't have time to prep the house to sell and didn't know anything about renting it, nor did we have the time or appetite to learn. We quite frankly just wanted someone to "do it for us". Someone referred us to Key Partners and they swooped in and took over and did everything for us during a very stressful period. We still had no idea what to expect when it came to how long it would take to rent. Well that wasn't a mystery long. They rented my house the within hours of it being on the market for my full asking price. I would, and have recommended them to my friends from my old work in Kansas City. But honestly, it's the people here that are the heart of the company. Becca and Jo never let a question or concern of mine go unaddressed for more than a few hours. They were prompt and courteous, but you could also tell that they genuinely cared about us as clients. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

This company was great. I didn't have any issues with my home and when I did they were mostly prompt in replies. My only hang up was maintenance came from KS so it took longer than finding someone local for quicker service. Communication was great. The home is a beautiful remodeled ranch, corner lot with fenced back yard, neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors are great, waking distance to the public elementary school.
